Chase Sargent - Buddy to Boss
Part 1 - Bad Panda
In Episode #11 we are hanging out with the buddy and boss, Chase Sargent. I was able to catch Chase while we were teaching a the Virginia Fire and Rescue Conference in Virginia Beach. We are cruising down Pacific Avenue in a 1981 Mack CF 611 that was retired from service as engine 11-2 for the Temple Fire Company in Berks County, Pennsylvania. We talk about several personnel problems and how to handle them as well as some battlefield firefighting.
