Part 1 - Enroute
In episode 15 we will be driving a 1955 Crown Firecoach through the City of Rancho Cucamonga where my training company Red Helmet Training is based out of. Our guest is Marc Davidson from Fairfax Virginia. He was out at RHT teaching Small Unit Leadership. We will be discussing this as well as topics in Crew Resource Management, the Fire Service connection to the Military and how it translates to our history and culture.
Part 2 - On Scene
In part 2 of the Marc Davidson episode we are cruising back to Red Helmet Training in a 1955 crown firecoach, hopefully before it starts raining. We will be discussing more on Crew Resource Management, The Carr Incident in Glendale CA, Task / Tactical Saturation and Company Officer Development.
